RECENT TRENDS OF MACHINE LEARNING PREDICTIONS USING OPEN DATA: A SYSTEMATIC REVIEW

Machine learning (ML) prediction determinants based on open data (OD) are investigated in this work, which is accomplished by examining current research trends over ten years. Currently, OD commonly regarded as the most crucial trend for users to improve their ability make decisions, particularly exponential expansion of social networking sites (SNSs) and government (OGD).The purpose study was examine if there an increase usage ML techniques conducting a systematic literature review (SLR) results trends. The papers published major online scientific databases between 2011 2020, including ScienceDirect, Scopus, IEEE Xplore, ACM, Springer, were identified analysed. After various selection processes, according SLR precise inclusion exclusion criteria, total 302 articles located. However, only 81 them included. findings presented plotted questions (RQs). In conclusion, could be beneficial organisations, practitioners, researchers providing information implementation using setting mapping studies RQs designed, recent growth, necessity future findings.
